Bridge Builders work with individuals with disabilities and their families on goals related to connecting to community, relationships with peers and independence.

Here are some examples of goals other members have worked on:

• Joining a club based on an interest or passion
• Creating and maintaining a personal calendar and schedule
• Building and maintaining friendships
• Independent living skills, such as grocery shopping, preparing meals, budgeting money, etc.
